Hume Employment Service Limited (HES) is a community based not for profit organisation that delivers employment and pre-employment programs in Victoria and New South Wales.

Since 1986 HES has delivered a number of employment and pre-employment programs to people who face a range of barriers to employment. HES is currently funded federally through the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) to deliver the Disability Employment Services (DES) Program.

HES is an accreditated Quality Services Endorsed Company (QEC 11664), and in 2003 obtained Disability Support Certification (DSC 20034). HES management and staff remain committed to maintaining and improving operational practices and processes to ensure that all clients and participants of programs receive quality service and assistance.
